I recognize that not everyone is comfortable with using a computer to order things. So I have written some instructions on how to order from www.MusicMan5Photos.com.

There are a lot of images in this document as I walk you thru the ordering process so I have stored this PDF on the Google Drive to share it with you.

Photo Buttons for the 2015 season

Photo Buttons

Traditionally the NCHS Band Parent booster organization has presented the parents of senior band members with a photo button of their student. Unfortunately the Band Parents no longer have access to a button maker.  However, because photo buttons are a great way to show your support for all the hard work your student puts into the band program, we wanted you to know that you can order a photo button of your student, even if he/she is not a senior.

First go to photo album that has all of the band headshots, just click here: http://www.musicman5photos.com/Marching-Band/Band-Photo-Day-2015/ .

Now find the photo of the band member you are interested in. With a few exceptions the images are grouped by class, Senior’s then Junior’s then Sophomore’s and then the Freshmen.

For example purposes let’s use this one. See the red arrow in the example below? It is pointing to the “Add to Cart” button, click on it.

Now a menu will open up, see the red arrow pointing to “This Photo”? Now click on it.

This is the selection window. Click on the Keepsakes tab.

You now have two options a 3 inch or 4 inch button. Select one or the other.

When you have done that you will see that a small window appears around the center of the image. This shows you what the button will look like, hopefully you picked a photo with plenty of headroom. You can adjust the location of the image on your button by dragging it where you want it. If that is all you wish to order in this visit go ahead click on the checkout button in the lower right hand corner.

From the shopping cart you can still adjust what will be shown on your button by clicking the Adjust tab, last option inside the red circle. You will see this window if you select Adjust (you do not have to, if the image is the way you want it just click Checkout).

You may now adjust the number of copies you wish to purchase, click the Add Products button to add prints or other items, click the Remove button if you wish to start over or click on the Checkout button to complete your order. 

If for some reason you need assistance in ordering this or any item from Music Man5 Photos there is a tab called “Contact Us” at the top of main page. Just click on that, fill out the form detailing your question and Mark will get back to you as quickly as possible.

Sharing with your Facebook & Twitter friends

As of 8/20/2010 when you see a photo on Music Man5 Photos that you really like you can now share it with your friends via Facebook and Twitter!

Look for two buttons under each photo in any gallery, or in the header of the single-photo (lightbox) view. Click those to instantly share the pics with your Twitter and Facebook friends.

If you're not already logged in to your account at Facebook, you'll be asked for that first. Once you're in, we'll automatically post a link to the photo in your news stream. For Twitter, you can preview and adjust the text before posting your Tweet.

If you are viewing the site from your place of work and they block Twitter and Facebook you will see this in it's place:

So feel free to show your friends the Music Man5 photos that you like!

You can now order multiple sizes of your favorite photos using our packages and save money (package prices are lower than individual prices). Here is how it works:

Go to the gallery of photos you are interested in. While viewing a photo in the gallery click on the buy button. Like this:

A drop down window will then appear like this:

Next the Package Selection window will appear:

Now just click on the package you are interested in and then click on Continue.

Next you will be able to select the photo(s) you want to include in your package.

Just drag the photo to any of the size fields in your package (the others will be filled in automatically) and press add to cart. You will then be shown your shopping cart. From there you can check out or you can click on the button

to continue to shop for photos. (Clicking the ‘Continue Browsing Photos’ button will take you back to the gallery you just ordered from.)

You can order with a package as many times as you would like.
