Several months ago I invested in an Eye-Fi Mobi Pro card. I wanted to get my DSLR photos from to Facebook or text message, to let clients/friends/family know what I am photographing.
So I put this card in one of my card slots on my DSLR, for example the enclosed photos were taken with a Canon 5D Mark III, and install the Eye-Fi app on my phone. Follow the instructions on connecting the app to the camera and you are all set. On the camera I set the RAW files to go to card 1 and small JPEG's to card 2, the Eye-Fi card.
Taking photos then sends the JPEG version to my iPhone or iPad. From my iPhone I can send the images to Facebook, to Lightroom to edit, Instagram or just send them in a text. Makes life a little easier which is always nice.
