practicing with Pocketwizards

I need lots of practice with the Pocketwizards as I am used to shooting TTL flash so going manual takes me to new places.

Here is what my test setup looked like. A 580EX II in the large umbrella on the right and a 430EX in the smaller umbrella.

I need to put some weight on my model as she is a little thin.
