Pros: Sharp Focus, Quiet, Lightweight, Consistent Output Cons: Weak Casing Best Uses: General Use Describe Yourself: Hobbyist/Enthusiast This is a nice entry level lens. If you are just pirchasing a DSLR I'd highly recommend starting out with this lens. It's image quality is pretty good, the AF is reasonably good (in good light) and it's lilght weight.
